Consultant for credit processes at savings banks (m/f/d)

With your credit know-how from the Sparkassenwelt, you actively shape modern credit processes, e.g. in the fields of construction finance, corporate customers, private customers or market success. Along the entire credit process, you advise Sparkassen end-to-end – from the application registration to the decision to the post-processing. Around OSP-Kredit and OSPNeo, you can help with the introduction, optimization and efficient use of workdays. Improving potentials in processes and applications are recognised at an early stage, structuring requirements and accompanying the implementation in practice taking into account regulatory requirements such as MaRisk or WIKR. As an interface between specialist and IT, you will accompany the introduction of new solutions, carry out training on-the-job training and sustainably strengthen efficiency and user acceptance.

Complete study or comparable qualification – ideally complemented by several years of practical experience in the credit business of a savings bank. Credit processes in the private or corporate customer business are familiar to you, ideally also the organization and optimization behind it. Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a high level of quality are just as good as communication strength and team spirit. Very good German knowledge (C1), good English knowledge (B2) and readiness to travel within Germany complete your profile.
