Team Leader Controlling (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team in controlling. Responsibility for the implementation and further development of cost-type, cost center and cost-bearing accounting in SAP. Special focus is on the transfer of our product and saving results to SAP/CO-PA. Ensuring and optimizing the operational controlling processes, including project accounting, budget controlling and costing in SAP. Analysis of costs and revenues as well as creation of profit analysis at product, customer and savings level Ensuring the quality and further development of the controlling instruments. Creation of ad hoc analyses, cost-effectiveness calculations and decision bases for management and other business partners. Management of projects for the general development of IT systems in controlling (in particular SAP or SAC) with a special focus on shaping the S/4 Hana migration in the area of responsibility Further development of corporate planning, together with colleagues from the teams, Business Partnering' and, Group Controlling'. Communication and advice of relevant stakeholders within the RAFI Group and support for overarching controlling topics.

You have a completed economic studies (e.g. BWL, economic engineering) with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification. You have a multi-year relevant professional experience in controlling a manufacturing company, ideally in a leadership position. You have well-founded and multi-year experience in the CO-PA SAP module You have very good knowledge in the field of product income accounting, accounting and business analytics. Secure handling of SAP (modules CO, Fl) as well as good knowledge in MS Office is one of your strengths You have analytical thinking, high numbers of affinity and a structured way of working. High commitment, self-initiative and problem-loss competence complete your profile German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
