Head of IT Services (m/f/d)

Responsibility for a profit center in Gütersloh with currently eight employees in economic, human and organizational terms Ensuring the portfolio of IT services for a local customer group in East Westphalia Competent consultation of different stakeholders and customer support in the region Close cooperation with the other centers of the business unit and proactive action for targeted business development as well as product and project management Leadership of the profit centre with targets and figures and ensuring the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative targets on key figures

Completed technical or economic studies or qualified training with clear industry orientation Insufficient professional experience with personnel and budget responsibility Experiences in handling IT services and good understanding of system administration and client and network services Solution-oriented approach, joy in the design of new processes and their implementation and optimisation of the processes of day-to-day business Decision and implementation strength, entrepreneurial, courageous and innovative approach Ability to penetrate complex IT issues, to change perspectives, to take a quick view, paired with practicality of solution proposals High communication and networkability hierarchy-crossing safe occurrence internally and externally
