n the function of a group management

in the destruction of files

in full time for 39 hours weekly, unlimited

The Limeswerkstatt, which employs predominantly people with mental disabilities, pursues the objective of professional integration. With 200 workshop places, it is active in the fields of industrial assembly, contract packaging, document destruction, home products, wood and plastic processing, gardening and landscape care, and office services.

You bring:

· A completed training as an educator, work teacher or technical

· It is desirable to have continued training for the skilled worker in the field of employment and vocational training.

· Experience and joy in handling and an appreciation of people with disabilities

· A high level of team capacity and cooperative cooperation in the organization

· The ability to act independently and flexibly

· Very good knowledge in MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

· Class B driving licence (3)

Your tasks include:

· The management and organisation of the working group

· Monitoring and qualification of people with disabilities

· Resolution of orders in the field of file destruction

· Communication with customers

· Accompanying trainees, trainees, FSJ and BFD ́ler

· Careful activities
