As Head of Bathroom Operations (m/w/d), you will design the strategic, conceptual and organizational development of our bathrooms with your ideas, impulses and entrepreneurial vision. These include the Bambados family and sports swimming pool, two outdoor swimming pools and the idyllic Hainbadestelle with a total of about 50 employees.

Your tasks – responsible and versatile:

• They take over the entrepreneurial control of our bathrooms – with heart, mind and clear vision.
• You lead, motivate and develop your team as coachin, model and makerin.
• They ensure smooth, safe operation and keep in mind all legal and economic requirements.
• They develop new offers, strengthen our brand and bring fresh wind to our portfolio.
• Quality is your drive: They provide excellent service experiences for our guests.
• They are responsible for economic planning and are targeted at controlling the result of the division.
• They take care of the strategic development of the bathrooms.
• They serve the upcoming construction and renovation projects and use various funding programs for this purpose.
• As a face of our baths, you maintain a strong network of partners, politics and public.

Your profile – dedicated and competent:

• A completed study (BWL, event management, leisure industry, tourism or similar) forms your foundation.
• They have comprehensive leadership experience, strong social competence and proven successes in the development of teams.
• They bring well-founded management skills – ideally from the field of leisure, sports or bathing facilities.
• With customer focus, market sense and authentic appearance, you can convince on the whole line.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic vision and operational implementation strength.
• Their mode of operation is structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic – you act empathically and vigorously.
• Political touch and experience in dealing with different bodies complete your profile.
