Planning of the lease and additional costs of the contracts for the coming year Varied working day: In the morning, you will check the additional cost bill from Latvia, at lunch you will correct the rent increase from Portugal and then you will refute the rental bill from Germany Own responsibility for managing part of our commercial leases for the NEW YORKER-Filialen in more than 40 European countries Work in our management software incl. Representation and deadline management Company-wide contact with other departments such as expansion, maintenance and accounting with your expertise for rental contracts Close contact with our internal experts from the legal department

A completed training as a real estate businessman or as a cross-release several years of experience in real estate management An eye for details and a conscientious procedure Good understanding of numbers and a high sense of responsibility Targeted communication skills and good deadline management Very good knowledge about MS Office programs
