PÄDAGOGISCHE FACHKRAFT (M/W/D) in full or parttime

In the Pattonville Süd kindergarten, up to 44 children aged two and up to school entrance are supervised in two groups. The facility operates according to the orientation plan in Baden-Württemberg and a situation-oriented and open concept. The focus of the work is to support children in their self-responsibility and self-reality.

Your tasks:

• Supporting, promoting and accompanying educational processes for children
• Work with the orientation plan, etc.
• active design of educational partnership and cooperation
• Designing and implementing the pedagogical concept and the pedagogical quality development
• loving and value-adding handling in work with children

We offer you:

• A grouping up to the pay group S 8a TVöD-SuE according to personal requirements with additional SuE supplement of € 130 per month for full employment. The remuneration is €4 TVöD-SuE 3.291.46 - €456.33 and €4.668,84 after payment group S 8a TVöD-SuE 3.509.44 – €4.668,84. All data correspond to the monthly gross amounts of full-time employment.

• a completed training as a state-approved educator (m/w/d), as a childhood teacher (m/w/d), as a nurse (m/w/d) or an education in accordance with the extended specialist catalogue § 7 KiTaG (e.g. a logo holder (m/w/d), Ergotherapeut (m/w/d), persons who have completed the 1st state academ for primary education
• Joy in working with children and trusting cooperation with parents
• Ready for personal and professional development
• Openness to change processes as well as cooperation, team and reflection readiness
• German knowledge of at least B2 level
