Responsibility for the development and implementation of the implementation strategy Responsibility for supervision and coordination of internal and local resources Responsibility for the performance of the system and user acceptance after introduction Creating an introduction plan with important milestones and critical success factors for each phase of introduction Ensuring compliance between the implementation plan and the general programme plan Monitoring the review processes after the introduction and recording of Lessons Learned Development and maintenance of communication with stakeholders involved in the rollout process Working with the Cut-Over & Hypercare Lead to plan a seamless transition and support
