We are looking for a dedicated homemaster (m/w/d) who, with technical know-how and strong service orientation, ensures a smooth running on site.

♪ Your future task:

As part of the tenant care, you will take on diverse craft and organizational activities, including:

• implementation of repairs and small repairs
• Regular implementation and documentation of object and safety walks
• Operation and monitoring of industrial plants
• Implementation of necessary spatial reconstructions
• Equipment of rooms with furniture, technical equipment and other materials
• Support in the care and performance control of foreign companies
• Creation of documentation and reports as well as transfer of relevant data into computer systems

Your profile for the Hausmeister (m/w/d) job with electric-power certification (BGV A3):

• Certification as an electric specialist for defined activities according to BGV A3
• G20 and G25 investigation
• driving licence class 3 / B

Personal requirements:

• High customer and service orientation
• Good communication skills
• Careful and safe occurrence
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
