Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

You coordinate construction projects and request, perform and document all structural changes in the project area. You plan and coordinate, in close cooperation with relevant departments, procurement and implementation of new building infrastructure You take care of the planning, implementation and documentation of the procurement and integration of new technical building complexes and building changes, always in coordination with the relevant teams You are responsible for the planning and implementation of the procurement and implementation of new infrastructural monitoring and measuring equipment extensions, such as Building light technology You coordinate construction teams and construction works at the construction site and instruct them. You take the instructions for internal maintenance and maintenance for new installations

You have completed technical or scientific studies or comparable training You can demonstrate sound knowledge in project management You are experienced in building technology, in particular in the fields of ventilation and air conditioning, clean room technology (according to ISO 14644), electrical engineering and the like. You bring experience in quality management, especially for medical devices according to ISO 13485 You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the processing of infrastructure projects You are safe to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Ideally, you bring CAD knowledge (e.g. SolidWorks) and have experience with project planning software
