Project Manager Focus: Submarine Hunting Systems (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the implementation of medium and large projects in the field of modern submarine hunting applications in compliance with the quality, cost and time targets, as well as with the company's objectives and product strategies Responsible professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams (engineering, commercial management, logistics, production and integration) over all phases of the project Self-creation, coordination and regular review of project planning as well as follow-up of progress, including schedules of dates and costs Monitoring project costs, identifying budget deviations and implementing cost control measures, and ensuring compliance with the contract, including risk identification and problem solving Management, support and coordination of partners and subcontractors as well as implementation of claim management for identifying, evaluating and solving claims within the project

Successfully completed university studies in the field of economics or engineering Long-standing professional experience in the management of large projects, ideally in the maritime environment and many years of experience in the management of project teams Funded knowledge of common project management methods and tools, ideally complemented by certification in project management (IPMA C) Impressed customer and service orientation, high team, communication and conflict resolution capability as well as international experiences, intercultural sensitivity and very good German and English knowledge in word and writing High level of initiative, enforcing, willingness to take responsibility and good time management as well as the willingness to participate in occasional national or international missions
