The AWO district association Oberbayern e.V. is the carrier of the children's house. Our AWO children's house on the "Pappelstraße" is designed, supervised, promoted and used up to 184 children. We have 3 kindergarten groups, 2 crib groups and three hort groups (including 10 integration places in the hort). Our children's home focuses on integration and inclusion, strengthening social skills and holistic pedagogy. Equal opportunities and social integration are particularly important to our children's home. We ensure this through qualified care, intensive language support for children with a migration background, varied project work and various leisure activities. To strengthen and further develop our team, we are looking for our facility AWO-Kinderhaus on the Pappelstraße in Taufkirchen b. (w/w/d) in full time, 35 to 39 hours/week (to be limited until June 2026 as parental leave) take over the management of a group of care and promotion of children together with your team based on our situation-oriented approach and our pedagogical conception of educational measures within and outside the institution in function as group management a fee according to the TV AWO Bayern 30 holidays plus 2 days of regeneration (at 5 days); 24.12. and 31.12.
