Advising and supporting executives in labour, personal and organisational matters Care and development of employees along the entire Employee Life Cycle Implementation and support of recruiting and selection processes in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Team Support for international HR topics and close coordination with global interfaces Participation in HR projects and support in the optimization of HR processes Cooperation with internal HR interfaces such as Payroll, HR Administration and Learning & Development
