Your role Support Strategic Programs & Negotiations in AI to the next level

Identification and implementation of AI and automation potentials in the daily workflows of our team

Development, implementation and continuous improvement of AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio

Build intelligent workflows and automation with Microsoft Power Automate

Creation of best practices, templates and training documents for the productive use of AI

Own responsibility for pilot projects with measurable productivity added value

Supporting strategic programs through data-based analyses and AI-based evaluations

Close cooperation with the management of the area and internal experts (m/w/x)

Your profile Studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a comparable quantitative-technical study programme

Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Digital Transformation

Detectable practical experience with generic AI and the development of AI solutions, agents and automation workflows, in particular with Copilot Studio and Power Automate

Affinity for digital tools and new working methods

Embossed analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working

High self-initiative and joy in bringing ideas into implementation independently

Embossed communication and team skills

Very good knowledge of German and English
