At CONDIO we develop and produce natural raw material blends for different foods to give them the appropriate consistency and good mouth feeling. We offer individual product solutions and optimize recipes and technologies. Our products are distributed worldwide to renowned manufacturers of different foods.

We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing personality that effectively sets our products in customer contact, on our website and at international trade fairs. Together with our graphic designer, you develop convincing marketing concepts that make both our solutions and CONDIO visible and further strengthen as an attractive employer.

Planning and implementation of a marketing and communication strategy online and offline Control and controlling as well as success analysis of our marketing activities (digital, trade fairs, customer contact and advertising material) You are Sparring Partners for our Sales and Development departments with regard to customer presentations Further development of the employer brand in cooperation with the team Staff & Organisation Current analysis of market, customer and competitive data

completed studies, ideally with the focus on marketing or communication or a comparable qualification, Multiannual professional experience in marketing as Head of Marketing, Product Manager, ideally in the field of food in a medium-sized company in the B2B environment IT skills to build a reporting system in German and English
