• Implementation of the Vantage Towers strategy to ensure business success
• Identification of possibilities with landlords via telephone, email or other suitable communication channels
• Preparation and presentation of purchase offers to landlords in a professional and convincing way
• Control of external service providers to achieve corporate and personal goals
• Establishment and maintenance of trusted relationships with landlords by understanding their needs and promoting cooperation
• Function as a central contact for the German site acquisition team to identify and support new opportunities

That's what you bring:

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in sales

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or real estate
• Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate sector and its dynamics
• Found experience in the management of service providers or networks of agencies and teams in the real estate sector
• Experience in negotiating and managing framework agreements with landlords
• Controlling various negotiation tools and tactics to effectively convince landlords
• readiness to travel according to the requirements of the position
• Language and English knowledge of German and English (C1)
