Process Manager Region East (m/f/d)

From specification to tendering, awarding, quality assurance to logistics, distribution and processing, Bw Clothingsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of the Bundeswehr clothing - from shoes to helmet. We are looking for you - indefinitely - in full time for our section Distribution and Location Service of the East Region as: Process Manager (m/d) Region Saxony / Thuringia In order to make us strategically and operatively meet the growing requirements and to continue to secure the security of supply of our customer (the Bundeswehr), we have begun to modernise and expand our entire logistics organization and infrastructure (introduction and further development of SAP S4/HANA). In your new function, you support the Regional Manager of the East Region in managing the operational processes and ensuring process specifications. You are of course structured and comprehensively incorporated into your new task. You act independently of the location, but domiciled in Saxony or Thuringia.

You are responsible for conducting tests and process piloting in SAP. In cooperation with the Regional Manager, you will ensure the operational handling capability taking into account costs, quantities, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) in accordance with contract and requirements. You create, coordinate and implement logistics projects to optimize the sub-area on the customer's strategic objectives and requirements. As part of your task, you analyze existing reports, statistics (KPIs) and evaluations. You optimize processes and processes, report to the regional manager and participate in projects. Your task will also include close cooperation and support for the service station management of the East region in operational and strategic topics.

Completed studies, ideally with a focus on logistics/economy/SCM, or a successfully completed commercial training with corresponding additional qualification, preferably with economic or logistical orientation Multiannual relevant practical experience in the area of distribution, logistics retail, or logistics with cross-interface process understanding Expert knowledge in Excel and dealing with ERP system, ideally deepened SAP competence Impressed analytical skills, in particular in data processing, hands-on mentality combined with conceptual thinking, service orientation, and a high level of quality to your own work Embossed readiness
