Full processing of any Life Cycle Events in active contracts, taking into account the defined service level for internal and external customers Proactive collection of missing documents / information for customers in compliance with re-submission processes and deadline management Implementation / review of compliance requirements: Control of processing and documentation of all money laundering-relevant audits according to the compliance requirements Ensuring sustainable customer satisfaction taking into account contractual risks, in particular through risk-conscious processing of customer concerns Telephone and written customer support in compliance with defined quality standards and ensuring availability

Completed commercial training Knowledge and experience in the field of products leasing/rental purchase and financing Safe handling of relevant systems for processing customer requests and security management Binding and solution-oriented correspondence to external and internal customers Organisational ability to ensure the timely processing of life cycle events within the framework of defined service levels
