About us and our current projects: The team 'Product Management Roadside Assistance and Mobilo' is responsible for the strategic orientation and control of the Pannenhilfe processes as well as the product management of Mobilo. Our focus is on the standardization and digitization of our panning aid processes in order to increase efficiency and keep the customer at the centre of attention. We ensure transparent communication with the markets and ensure uniform quality and innovation in all areas. This includes the development of communication strategies and the creation of training materials that reach our markets and traders across Europe. The maintenance and updating of our product guide as well as the control of process partners through regular reporting on the basis of key performance indicators (KPI) are also central tasks.
