About us and our current projects: The team 'Product Management Roadside Assistance and Mobilo' is responsible for the strategic orientation and control of the Pannenhilfe processes as well as the product management of Mobilo. Our focus is on the standardization and digitization of our panning aid processes in order to increase efficiency and keep the customer at the centre of attention. We ensure transparent communication with the markets and ensure uniform quality and innovation in all areas. This includes the development of communication strategies and the creation of training materials that reach our markets and traders across Europe. The maintenance and updating of our product guide as well as the control of process partners through regular reporting on the basis of key performance indicators (KPI) are also central tasks. We appreciate the flexibility of home office and combine this with a fixed office day to strengthen our team community, promote regular exchange and discuss important topics together. Together with our colleagues in Maastricht, the Netherlands, we are travelling internationally – English is part of everyday life. What awaits you: Individually responsible processing of project-specific topics Creation and further development of monthly KPI reports Working with the revision and restructuring of our Mobilo product and our panning aid processes Processing of market requests in our mailbox Organisation and implementation of internal meetings and workshops Preparation of presentations and decision documents for management Creative and efficient use of given AI tools The activity can begin from April 2026.

Programme in the field of economic engineering, (international) economics, economics or similar courses

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Initiative, creativity and the ability to understand complex content and critically assess content

Team, communication and cooperation capability
