You make sure that the kitchen and service area is clean and tidy at any time. You serve the dishwasher, clean dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils and bring them back to their intended place. You carry out general cleaning work, such as wiping soils, disposing of waste and cleaning of work surfaces. You keep hygiene standards and safety regulations strictly in order to ensure the high quality of the kitchen. You support storage, clean deliveries and keep order in storage areas. You are flexible and help where it is necessary in the kitchen.
