Responsibility for costing Analysis of tender documents in technical and contractual terms and assessment of the resulting opportunities and risks Own-responsible costing of construction services in bridge construction Creating performance directories in functional tenders Mass determination and control Participation of internal and external experts and subcontractors Condensing the individual calculations of the structures to a total offer Creating order calculations and transfer to the operating units Development of allowances in the course of construction

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualifications Professional experience in costing or building management, ideally in bridge or engineering construction. Team spirit, willingness to deploy as well as an independent, committed and result-oriented approach complete your profile Analytical thinking, structured working Secure handling of costing software (e.g. RIB iTWO) and MS Office
