Project work and process control for the successful introduction of courses in the field of social affairs, in particular social work. Organisation and coordination of the programme Social work in close cooperation with the course management Market research and identification of potential dual partners and their acquisition and support Support in addressing students as part of school visits, information events or trade fair activities Participation in identifying, addressing and obtaining appropriate lecturers Planning, organisation and documentation of the course offering with lecture and room planning incl. courses and events Cooperation with study-relevant bodies within the framework of organisational and conceptual tasks Support and support of processes of quality assurance as well as network and public relations

You have completed university studies, preferably social work, social sciences or a comparable degree programme. Alternatively, you will bring equivalent knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience. You have well-founded experience in the design and management of offer development projects in the field of studies and teaching, ideally at a university. You are characterized by a pronounced organizational skill, a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. High performance and durability are your strengths as well as team skills. You have a very good expressiveness in word and writing as well as good English skills. You are pleased to establish new contacts and to actively expand networks (e.g. with dual partner companies, students or cooperation partners) via various channels such as telephone, social media or events. You have a routined handling of popular MS Office applications.
