As an employee*in Customer Service you accompany the complete process of order management. They independently place orders after checking the incoming order, perform regular order controlling and process complaints. They receive inquiries from customers and related master and plant data, process them accordingly and provide direct information on services. As part of the commercial work refurbishment, you control and process performance times and are responsible for order accounting and accounting. They process customer portals, monitor larger customer projects in compliance with performance progress and project budgets.

Completed commercial training in a recognized apprenticeship or a completed Bachelor's degree Professional experience in the commercial order processing of at least 1 year (ideally in the sales service) Pleasure to call customer contact and negotiation skills, as well as basic knowledge in English and contract law Organizational talent, high customer and service orientation, enforcement ability and careful, reliable and independent working Good PC knowledge (MS-Office, SAP is desirable) as well as experience in the operation of customer portals
