Your main tasks:

› Conception, creation and continuous optimization of target group-specific advertising campaigns on the platforms of the Meta Group (Facebook, Instagram) and on YouTube incl. Observing current trends, algorithm changes and technical innovations in the field of paid social and programmatic video advertising

› Operational support of the respective advertising managers including budget allocation for the individual campaigns

› Monitoring and analysis of relevant performance indicators (KPIs) as well as the regular preparation of reporting and deriving of concrete action recommendations

› Conceptual cooperation with the graphics and the video team to create platform-oriented advertising material (e.g. Reels, Shorts etc.)

› Media cross-media planning and booking: Control of further marketing measures in the Paid Media area, e.g. digital display and online banners on external portals and the operational execution of classic out-of-home campaigns

› Conception and control of audio adds on streaming platforms, such as Spotify or Podcasts, and evaluation of the potential of voice marketing in the academic context

Your profile:

› Successfully completed university studies with a focus on marketing, media, communication or economics or a comparable qualification

› Detectionable, multi-year professional experience in the independent support and optimization of paid advertising campaigns via the Meta advertisement manager and Google Ads and secure handling of web analysis tools as well as a strong understanding of tracking technologies and data protection compliance

› Strongly pronounced analytical thinking, number affinity and the ability to translate complex datasets into targeted advertising strategies

› Creative sense of target-group approach in the academic environment and trends in the field of digital media

› Very good knowledge of German in word and writing for accurate texting of advertisements
