Integration Testmanager (m/f/d)

Responsibility, definition and coordination of all tests, tests and evidence to be carried out in a holistic test planning, control and implementation Self-representation of project-relevant aspects for testing and testing in all phases of the project as part of the integration from acquisition to transfer to the customer Self-creating and defining the test concept and the test strategy Preparation of the test planning and the test schedule for the tests, tests and evidence to be carried out Definition, monitoring and responsibility of project-specific workflows for error management in the context of integration Monitoring the progress of the test with regard to performance and timing, evaluation of the test criteria and decision on additional tests or risk acceptance including the corresponding documentation Self-coordination of the test team and test activities Creation of scales for integration and system testing Independent and independent management of technical teams in a specified task field

Higher education in an STEM area and perennial professional experience Vocational training with additional technical training (technician:in/master:in) and many years of relevant professional experience with additional technical training (e.g. further training for technician:in/master:in) Certification (ISTQB CTAL TM) Experience in testing and integration of systems Experience in test methods, test tools and standards Knowledge of test processes and national and international standards Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Team skills, communication skills and negotiation skills Professional leadership competence Joy of occasional national and rare international travel.
