Your role

As Head of R&D DUV Handling at the ZEISS Group's Semiconductor Mask Solutions Business Unit, you are responsible for all DUV Handling employees, processes, and delivery items for our DUV business. Their success is efficiency and effectiveness in development for the most demanding and modern high-tech measuring instruments in the semiconductor industry:

They are responsible for the R&D DUV Handling function in a disciplined, processual and professional manner.

You lead, coach and develop your employees:inside

They design our functional cooperation model and adapt existing procedures

You are responsible for the strategic-technical DUV handling roadmaps and initiatives

You shape and guide your responsibility area data-driven

You coach and develop the agile skills in the team towards optimal empowerment and highest team performance

You regularly sharpen the profile of the R&D DUV Handling function

current priorities are: (i) cargo, detection and positioning of Reticles (ii) metrology, (iii) cleanliness, (iii) optimization of commonality beyond DUV borders

very well completed studies in engineering or natural science with a focus on mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (promotion of advantage) demonstrably lateral leadership experience (or disciplinary) and organizational development teams> 10 full-time employees

relevant professional experience in the semiconductor industry or comparable industries (e.g. space technology)

detectable experiences in guiding complex agile and classical projects

Experiences in data-driven management of organisations (e.g. KPIs, metrics, ...)

very good method skills in moderation, motivation, change management and team development
