Your tasks:

• support of the sales team in customer support and Order processing
• creation and processing of offers, contracts and Presentations
• Coordination and tracking of customer requests
• Maintenance of customer data and documentation in the CRM system
• Organization and preparation of meetings, fairs and Events
• Communication with internal departments and external partners
• Support in the analysis and evaluation of Sales figures

Your profile:

• A completed commercial training, e.g. as Industrial man/woman or wholesale and foreign trade man/woman
• First experience in sales or sales services is from Advantage, but no need
• Communication strength and professional appearance
• Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Structured, independent and customer-oriented mode of operation
• Team skills, flexibility and organizational skills
