Fakturen & Mahnwesen Creation and dispatch of initial invoices Operational support of dunning and interface to debitor accounting Telephone center & reception incl. Visitor hospitality Answering customer requests for delivery dates and import requests from courier services Coordination of sample collections including Route planning for the courier drivers Postal and exit Travel planning and organisation Preparation and dispatch of test reports Final order testing & archiving General administrative and organisational activities

Completed commercial vocational training Safe handling of common computer application programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) Very good German knowledge and at least good English knowledge in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage Self-employed, careful and reliable operation Good process understanding, customer orientation and flexibility Joy of communication and team skills
