Your tasks with us

As a senior accountant, you support the “Head of Accounting” both in daily operational work and in project activities. Your activity includes the following tasks: Control financial processes: You support ongoing accounting and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards – both at individual and group level. Creating financial statements: You first set out monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, accompany annual and consolidated financial statements and contributes your experience to the analysis of balance sheet issues. Recognizing optimization potential: You support the further development of the financial function and the optimization of our process processes. Being a business partner: You are available as a contact person:in tax consultants:inside, auditors:inside and internal departments. Project activity: You conduct independent projects in the financial sector, e.g. accompanying special audits, system changes, accounting projects, tax topics, etc. Organizational classification: You perform the above tasks under the “Head of Accounting”, are its direct report and representation. Accounting expert. Design will. Accuracy. You have a look for the detail and the whole – and you develop our accounting processes with an entrepreneurial mindset. Technical background: Complete studies in economics, ideally focusing on accounting, finance or controlling. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in accounting, preferably in audit or tax consultancy companies or in the corporate environment. Balance sheet security: Very good knowledge of national and international accounting (HGB, ideally IFRS). IT-Affinity: Secure handling of MS Office and common ERP/booking systems (ideally Business Central/Navision and DATEV). Languages: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as knowledge of English. Working: Self-employed, conscientious and solution-oriented – with high quality standards and a view for details and efficiency.
