Your tasks Coordination and execution of projects in compliance with legal requirements Responsibility for appointment, quality and cost-effectiveness in construction projects Creation, tracking and enforcement of claims Organisation and accompaniment of administrative decreases (reconstruction/reconstruction) Support and advice of our customers Independent processing of correspondence and project documentation

What you should bring Completed technical or commercial training Knowledge of VOB and StVO desirable Enthusiasm for construction site logistics Organizational talent, ownership and commitment Effluent, sensitive and promoting leadership qualities readiness to travel Good MS Office knowledge Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B licence
