Takeover of construction monitoring in civil engineering within a long-term large-scale infrastructure project and ensure compliance with permits, contracts and technical regulations Control and coordination of construction companies, specialist planners and other project participants in a complex, interdisciplinary project environment Responsibility for quality, dates and construction processes as well as active participation in the further development of efficient construction processes Examination of allowances, audit assistance and participation in the assessment of allowances Accompanying acceptances, identification of deficiencies and ensuring a sustainable remedy Participation in structural questions, terminology and assessment of disability indicators

(m/w/d), Geoscientist (m/w/d) (e.g. geology, geoecology, soil science, geography), Hydrologe (m/w/d), Ecoscientist (m/w/d) with technical reference or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in building monitoring, construction management or project management of complex infrastructure projects Safe handling of VOB as well as a thorough understanding of operational processes and relationships expertise in earth and ground construction (e.g. soil classification, compaction, recultivation) as well as in the handling of technical regulations Experience in coordinating contractors, authorities and engineering offices in challenging project environments Ideally knowledge of environmental and nature conservation law and sustainable construction Structured, strong personality with high self-responsibility
