For your story, that means: You are responsible for designing and implementing the Customer Journey Orchestration across all Salesforce modules. As a central interface between IT, marketing and product development, you translate technical requirements into technical salesforce solutions. The Salesforce project is responsible for the B2C context and guides automation projects from requirement analysis to quality assurance. Salesforce innovations and new features continuously evaluiate and evaluate their integration into your processes. You actively promote knowledge transfer between the areas and drive marketing automation best practices. analyse and implement requirements with focus on data quality, CRM governance and sustainable automation. That's what you bring: You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Media Informatics or a comparable degree course with a digital focus. Multiannual practical experience in the Salesforce administration and configuration brings you, as well as proven successes in marketing automation in the B2C or B2B environment. You have a Salesforce certification (e.g. Certified Administrator, Consultant, Marketing Cloud or Sales/Service Cloud); further certifications are a plus. Depth knowledge of at least two Salesforce modules (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud or CRM Analytics) distinguish you, experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Tableau CRM is desirable. You bring understanding of data models, data quality and CRM governance and you have competence in creating dashboards and reports. Knowledge of Agentic AI and generative AI applications in Salesforce (AgentForce) are also an advantage in marketing technology or marketing operations.
