The tasks are divided into various competencies such as procurement, contract management and service. Strategically and operationally, the department of purchasing management as an internal service provider of the DRV Bund (if necessary also for other pension insurance providers) supports and advises the specialist departments, acquires delivery, service and construction services (the implementation of procurement procedures), manages and checks contract documents as well as invoices and takes over their regulation. In the award area, seven specialized teams coordinate the central procurement of supply, service and construction services – not only for the DRV Bund, but also for other pension insurance companies if necessary. We accompany, advise and support the demand points strategically and operationally in all phases of the procurement process. We are looking for an experienced and motivated personality for the implementation of complex procurement procedures of construction services and freelance services.

Strategic and operational ensuring compliance with procurement law to ensure economic and high quality award procedures Preparation and implementation of demanding award procedures under national and EU law, in particular for freelance services and construction services Compilation of procurement and contract documents in consultation with internal and external experts Own-responsible conduct of market information, negotiations and bidder colloquia Developing standards for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of procurement procedures Advising specialist departments on procurement issues New employees Development of draft opinions, e.g. on supervisory authorities Design of complaints in the award procedure

They have a successfully completed university education (Diplom (FH), Bachelor or comparable) or an equivalent qualification (Fachwirtin) with current multiannual professional experience in the implementation of EU wide procurement procedures by VOB, freelance services and HOAI as well as in the handling of electronic tenders via eVergabe platforms Alternatively, you have a degree as a masterin or state-tested technician*in with current multiannual professional experience in the Implementation of EU-wide procurement procedures by VOB, freelance services and HOAI as well as in the handling of electronic tenders via eVergabe platforms Or alternatively, you have a successfully completed vocational training with current long-term professional experience in the implementation of EU-wide procurement procedures by VOB, freelance services and HOAI, as well as in the handling of electronic tenders via eVergabe platforms We require a strong communication capability, reliable and holistic action as well as responsible decision-making They are characterized by a structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working and are safe to use the current MS Office applications
