End of Responsibility for IT Security Services specifically in the field of Infrastructure Protection (endpoint, network, identity, etc.) over the entire service life cycle (strategy, design, transition, operation, continuous improvement) Responsibility for service quality, availability, performance, costs and compliance according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) Control and professional management of internal and external service providers incl. Performance monitoring, escalation management and continuous optimization Budget responsibility for the responsible IT Security Services including costs, license and cost management Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory and legal requirements in the IT Security environment Establishment and tracking of KPIs to measure service performance, service maturity and customer satisfaction

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the IT Security environment, ideally with first leadership responsibility Deep technical know-how in modern IT security tool landscape, especially in hybrid setups (including Microsoft XDR, Purview) and AirGapped environments Understanding modern IT Security architectures, security controls and operating models (e.g. Detection & Response, Infrastructure Protection, IAM, Security Engineering) Experience in provider, contract and SLA management and control of external service providers Experience in budget, cost and performance management of IT Services German and English language skills in word and writing
