IT Product Manager Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)

You take product responsibility for central Microsoft-365 solutions in the Communicate & Conference area as well as Task & Project Management, in particular Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Planner, To Do, Forms and adjacent collaboration services. You will develop the supported products strategically and operationally, first set roadmaps, evaluate new Microsoft features from the Message Center, and take appropriate measures for operation, governance and adoption. You control the introduction, development and operation of your responsible components, including configuration, monitoring, process definition and coordination with internal and external partners. You analyse requirements from the disciplines, translate them into sustainable technical and process solutions and accompany changes, releases and projects from conception to successful implementation. Through clear communication, training, community contributions and adoption measures, you will ensure that new functions and digital working methods are introduced and used in a sustainable manner. You document processes, product decisions and operating models structured and create transparency about backlogs, open measures, dependencies and the progress of your products.

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. Business Informatics / Computer Science) or comparable vocational training Multiannual professional experience in IT Consulting, especially in the Microsoft environment sound knowledge and experience in the implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 Online Services, in particular Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and Microsoft licensing Safe handling of common project and service management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL v3/v4) and agile methods Safe appearance and presentation skills, in particular in the form of training or presentations very good German and good English skills
