Kaleidoscope e. V. has been designing full-day offers, holiday programs and educational projects in the Rhine-Main region for many years. You accompany and promote children from 6 to 10 years of age in everyday educational life. You plan and design educational, play and leisure activities as well as projects. You support children in their individual development and strengthen their independence. You work trustfully with children, parents, school and teachers. You actively contribute your own strengths, ideas and skills to the pedagogical work. You participate in team meetings and concept days and participate in the further development of the whole day.

You have a completed educational training, for example as an educator, a social teacher or a teacher. Professional experience in the field of education is desirable. You have joy in working with children and you encounter them empathy and appreciation. You work independently, structured and reliable. You are a team-capable, committed and brings your own ideas. You are interested in continuously developing your pedagogical work.
