Customer Service Technician - Maintenance / Repair / Consulting (m/f/d)

You take care of the maintenance, repair and repair of sanitary and heating systems directly with our private and business customers. You analyze error sources systematically, diagnose and correct faults in the building systems in a targeted manner. As a competent contact person on site, you actively advise our customers on modernization measures and ways to increase energy efficiency. You work closely with our customer service team and agree professionally with other trades at the construction site. For a complete documentation of your bets, you capture the required materials and create the accounting basis.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic SHK, gas-water installer or a comparable qualification. You bring at least three years of professional experience in the SHK customer service and know you with common heating and sanitary facilities. A clean, precise way of working and a good technical understanding distinguish you. You are customer-oriented, strong communication and enjoy direct contact with people. You have a class B driver's license and speak fluent German (C1 level) to match you with your customers and team.
