In your function, you contribute to the development, promotion and continuous improvement of the occupational safety culture in the company Actively support the implementation of measures to raise awareness and motivation of employees in terms of safety and health at work A special focus is on preventive accident prevention through targeted measures such as promoting a positive occupational safety culture, targeted occupational safety promotion and monitoring and reporting of accidents. In addition, managers, employees and bodies advise on issues of occupational safety to ensure a safe working environment The regular visit of workplaces is also in your area of work You organise and conduct training in occupational safety Interdisciplinary cooperation with other disciplines, e.g. environmental and energy management, as well as national and international contact care and coordination with specialist colleagues from KNDS complete your exciting task

You have a degree in engineering, a technician/master or a similar qualification as well as a long-term professional experience in the relevant field You have also successfully completed your training as a specialist for occupational safety You are routined in dealing with popular MS Office applications Reliability and a meticulous procedure are a matter of course for you You are characterized by high communication and team capacity and enforcement strength Flowing German and English skills complete your qualification profile
