As a central service and service company of the BÄKO organization with 26 regional cooperatives in Germany, we are the link between suppliers and the logistics locations of the regional cooperatives. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Planning and installation of IT systems and networks Administration and maintenance of servers and clients Error analysis and fixation in IT systems Support for technical problems Participation in IT projects and implementation of new systems Creation and maintenance of documentation on IT systems and processes Preparation and implementation of user training as well as preparation of understandable training documents

Your profile:

As an apprentice, you are part of our IT team and are supported by experienced colleagues. During your training, you will learn to plan, install, configure, maintain and repair IT systems and networks. This includes the installation and maintenance of hardware components such as servers, computer systems, printers, routers and switches as well as the configuration of software solutions.

You are also responsible for supporting employees in IT-related issues and assisting them in technical problems. It is important that you can communicate well and have a quick understanding to quickly find solutions.

To be successful in this training, you will ideally bring the following features and skills:

Interest and fun in IT topics and first experiences in IT (e.g. through internships, hobbies or school subjects such as computer science) A quick understanding and a high level of readiness to learn to work quickly into new technologies and work processes Good communication skills to work effectively with other departments and colleagues Teamability and a positive attitude to contribute to open and cooperative corporate culture
