The Diakonie- und Sozialstation Ludwigsburg operates on behalf of and in close cooperation with the Kreisjugendamt on outpatient education aids in the form of social pedagogical family support and training assistance in the district of Ludwigsburg.

At the next time we are looking for several

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

for this work area. The range of jobs is variable between 60 and 90 percent.

Our specialists advise, supervise and accompany children, young people and families in the social area Framework of individual aids. They bring with them:

• a completed study of social education, social work or medical education (B.A./Dipl./M.A.)
• Professional experience in youth assistance or comparable fields of work
• Readiness to learn and team skills, as well as the necessary psychological resilience for this work area
• technical knowledge of the acquisition of child protection orders
• the ability to work independently and chronologically flexibly (at several days of week to 18 /19. The contact times with the families are mainly in the afternoon and early evening)
• a licence Kl B and a car for recognition as a service vehicle
• Advising additional training (systemic or similar) is advantageous
