For our SOS Children's Village Weilheim we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, part-time (20 hours/day) a temporary increase to full-time (38,5 hours/day) is possible. With our offer of interdisciplinary early promotion, we aim at families with children who show signs of their development between birth and school entrance or where physical or mental disability has been identified. As part of our inclusive educational work, we accompany families and kindergartens in the county and support them in everyday management, diagnostics and specialist consulting. An interdisciplinary team from the fields of psychology, logopedia, medical education, physiotherapy and ergotherapy supports and accompanies the children and their educators with individually coordinated therapy offers. You have completed a degree in medical education or have a comparable qualification. You enjoy working with children from 0 to 6 years. You are open to inclusive pedagogical concepts and ideally bring skills into supported forms of communication. You appreciate the work in an interdisciplinary team with a lot of design space, autonomy, flexibility and mobility. Meeting and participation at eye level are of course for you. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional.
