Expansion Manager Parking & Mobility (m/f/d)

Location acquisition & portfolio expansion: You recognize potentials in the market, identify suitable car park and parking space locations and develop them up to decision-making. With your market understanding and your network, you will ensure attractive opportunities – including off-market – and thus advance the targeted expansion of our portfolio. Network management & market presence: You have a broad, established network of real estate owners:inside, project developers, inventors and municipal decision-makers. This is what you use, develop it and maintain strong relationships to identify market opportunities early and position us as a preferred partner Location assessment & business development: You analyze potential locations, evaluate economic opportunities and develop viable operator and location concepts. You work closely with our Operations, Sales and Controlling areas and make clear and well-founded decisions for management Negotiation & conclusion of contract: You conduct talks and negotiations with owners, developers and other partners in a sovereign and targeted manner. Together with our internal expert: you control the entire process – from initial contact to final contract design Strategic further development: You will explore market trends, analyze location potentials, and thereby initiate impulses for the further development of our expansion strategy. With your input, you will strengthen and expand our car park portfolio in the long term

You bring well-founded experience in location acquisition, expansion, project development or real estate management You have a strong network of real estate owners:inside, project developers, stockholders and municipal decision-makers You have routine in off-market sourcing and recognize opportunities before You are credited You convince by sovereignty, communication strength and negotiation security – also at decision-making and owner level You work structured, independent and with a strong understanding of economics and location potentials readiness to travel and knowledge of German and very good English, PowerPoint and Excel skills
