Working Student CRM Team (m/f/d)

As a working student (m/w/d) in our CRM team, you support operating CRM operations and perform in particular the following tasks: Maintenance and quality assurance of CRM data (contacts, organizations, documents) Creation and maintenance of lists and distribution groups Support for sales and event processes in CRM Working in the transformation project “CRM goes Cloud” to introduce a new cloud-based CRM system Support in the analysis and development of CRM processes and workflows Working with Testings and the introduction of new CRM functionalities Support for project activities such as workshops, votes and project meetings Possibility to take over own tasks or small topics during the project

You are studying BWL, (economic) informatics, marketing, digital business or a comparable degree program. You have good MS Office knowledge and are interested in CRM systems, digital tools and process optimization. Interest in project work is also advantageous. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
