What we plan together: As part of the Strategy & Inhouse Consulting Team, we are working on the most important strategic issues of REWE Group and are actively driving forward the future of one of the largest trading companies in Europe.

We are responsible for a diverse project portfolio in food retail with a focus on REWE and PENNY sales lines – the core business of REWE Group. We design and implement strategic initiatives, such as the development of market concepts, the realignment of assortments or the transformation of business models.

In close cooperation with our departments we develop concrete solutions, create visible changes and achieve sustainable results with measurable impact.

What you do with us: Developing solutions: As a fully-fledged member of a project team, you support the development of sound solutions for different project issues.

Configure results: You present and discuss results within the project team and actively contribute to the joint development of solutions.

Analytics meets Impact: You support data-driven analyses in close cooperation with your project team and in preparing project documents for decision-makers:in REWE Group.

Constant further development: Through continuous feedback and Sparring in the team, you are constantly developing your consultant skills as well as your trading knowledge.

Take responsibility: step by step you take more responsibility for your own work strands.

Your background: A very well-established bachelor's degree program as well as first relevant practice experiences, e.g. through internships or work study activities in management consulting, strategy, project work or in trade.

Your consulting craftsmanship: Good PowerPoint and Excel skills, combined with a structured, analytical and practical and solution-oriented way of working.

Your further development: openness for new topics and project constellations as well as the need to continuously develop.
