Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks include the function as project-related contact for all quality topics internally and externally as well as the coordination of relevant QM interfaces. Furthermore, identify, define and check quality requirements within the scope of offers and contracts. In addition, create and evaluate application-specific expenses and quantity skeletons. Also create, check and approve planning documents and project-related quality documentation, such as quality management plans. In addition, plan, coordinate and monitor project-specific quality activities, including Stage Gates and Q-Gates, and work in error management. You report quality-relevant circumstances, monitor compliance with processes and contribute to the optimization and further development of the management system.

You have completed technical studies (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Master) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring at least five years of professional experience in quality and project management in vehicle construction, special vehicle construction or in the defense industry. Ideally, you have already been able to accompany projects in the field of military technology or special vehicle construction. In addition, you have a quality management-specific training and further training. You convince through communication strength in dealing with different hierarchical levels as well as through experience in coordination and moderation. A proactive way of working as well as the ability to initiate preventive and corrective action to solve the problem, you are notable. Very good German knowledge (C2) as well as good English knowledge (min. B1) allow you to communicate safely in word and writing. Your profile is rounded off by your willingness to national and international missions.
