We are looking for a department manager for the civil services at the earliest possible time in reporting and alienation (m/w/d) Full time, unlimited Payment is made up to pay group 13 TVöD or grade A14.

Your tasks: strategic and operational management of the department with currently 72 employees as well as control and further development of the task area by defining technical objectives and priorities further development of the construction and execution organisation, in particular through independent organizational adjustments and process optimizations as well as through the design of customer traffic Responsibility for the economic management of the department including budgetary and resource responsibility Representation of the department inside and outside, including press and committee work Ensuring a legal, uniform and efficient performance of tasks, in particular by providing directives and by adopting instructions for services and actions

Your profile: completed studies as a graduate administrator*in (FH) with career skills for the Higher Service, Master of Arts – Public Management or comparable qualification high degree of willingness to make decisions and responsibilities and enforcement strong leadership experience as well as high organisational competence and resilience Sovereignty in dealing with internal and external contacts deepened knowledge in general administrative law
