As a working student*in the staff of the Mercedes-Benz Own Retail Pkw & Van Europe, you gain exclusive insights into the management and strategic orientation of a sales organization.

Your tasks: Reporting & Sales Control (Pkw & Van) You support the creation, development and automation of reporting for car and van sales You analyze central sales figures (e.g. sales, sales, margins, lead conversion, customer satisfaction) to control the sales organization You identify trends, deviations and optimization potentials and guide data-based action recommendations In the further development of KPI systems and control logics, you can use an effective sales control You support building transparent dashboards and reporting standards for management Analysis & strategic support You conduct ad hoc analyses to support management decisions You prepare complex issues structuredly and develop decision bases You support the creation of management presentations and decision templates Project & Event Management You take over the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal events and workshops You support strategic projects within the sales organization

Your profile: Studies in Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree programme Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, in particular advanced Excel identifiers (e.g. pivot tables, SVERWEIS/XVERWEIS, Power Query, formulas, data links) Analytical and Structured Thinking and High Number Affinity Own initiative, commitment and team capacity Very good communication skills and safe occurrence Ideally, first practical experience (e.g. through internships) in the field of controlling, sales or consulting What awaits you: Insights into the control of one of Europe's leading automotive sales organisations Direct cooperation with top management Exciting tasks at the interface of strategy, sales and data analysis Self-responsible work with a lot of design space Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate, giving the semester and proof of the regular study period.
