Junior Technician (m/w/d) in Stuttgart!

Your tasks: • Implementation of installation and removal work • Unpacking and preparing the system components • Physical connection of the hardware components • Performance of Power On Testing • Maintenance of checklists and collection of asset data • Management and maintenance of inventory data in the customer system • Implementation of basic hardware repairs according to predetermined solutions and spare parts • Tracking errors if repair could not be successfully completed • Provision of IMAC services for the aforementioned IT systems • Implementation of hardware upgrades and installations according to instructions, including documentation of work steps • Adapting network parameters according to specifications • Accepting calls and providing 1st level support based on documented and standardized solution steps

Your qualifications: • Basic knowledge of hardware, especially with PCs, notebooks and smartphones • Experience in handling peripheral devices • Practical experience with IMAC activities • Friendly and professional appearance • Good knowledge of German in word and writing • Embossed customer orientation • Team skills and cooperative working
