Employee Asset Accounting with a focus on Family Office (m/f/d)

Own responsible accounting of institutional, private and complex family-office mandates in shadow accounting Booking and accompaniment of real estate projects as well as private equity investments and capital measures Coordination and plausibility of asset orders with depot banks and capital management companies (KVG) Analysis of booking data for identifying optimization and efficiency potentials Participation in the digitization and automation of accounting and reporting processes Creation of special evaluations and project-related analyses for internal and external stakeholders Support for administrative activities in daily business

Qualification: Complete studies in economics, finance, accounting or comparable qualifications Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in (funds) accounting or asset accounting Competences: High level of sense of responsibility as well as pronounced analytical skills and numerical affinity Knowledge: knowledge of the bank or Financial services industry, ideal for asset management or family offices EDV/IT: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. pivot tables); Experience with digital tools and data visualization (e.g. Power BI) Soft Skills: Communication strength, team skills and a structured and independent way of working Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
