Their focus will be on procurement law in projects of energy and public infrastructure. They design and accompany EU-wide and national procurement procedures for our clients or represent them in audit procedures before the award chambers or in appeal proceedings before the Oberlandesgerichts. In the field of building and architectural law, your activity includes the entire legal advice of the construction project processing. Their activity offers interesting interfaces to many other legal areas such as municipal economic law, public building law, building contract law, company law, tax law or also the aid law. You will work intensively with specialized lawyers (m/w/d) from BBH throughout the site. They develop into a direct contact (m/w/d) for our clients and are fully involved in our projects from the outset.

You have successfully completed both legal state examina – above-average examina are desirable. They are open to specialization in procurement law as well as in building and architect law – prior knowledge is not required. They are interested in demanding legal issues and sustainable infrastructure projects. They bring entrepreneurial and economic interest, as well as joy in team collaboration.
